High school ran track/cross-country (average athlete, no state competitions). Did not start biking or swimming until started triathlons. Have been swimming with masters group since start of triathlon training.

Most swims are still pretty hard for me! Last week sprint set: 500 warm up 8 x 25 variable sprint 8 x 50 fast 100 for time 8 x 50 fast 100 for time then 25's followed by 200

Please describe a typical hard ride:
On road: last hard ride was 20 minute warm up that included 3 x 2 minute high cadence, then 3 x 15 minute at 95% of threshold with 4 minute rest intervals then cool down.
Please describe any group rides in which you regularly participate:
Usually ride with 2-3 other women who are training for similar events. Have a group of male riders who I ride with occasionally on the weekends for 2-3 hours which is good and usually a more aggressive pace

Have a group on Tues/Thursday AM that run with on and off. Run 1.5 miles warm up then temp 25 minutes which includes 2 bridges (hills for Jacksvonille) at 6:45 pace

1. Try to for top 5-10 at the upcoming 1/2 ironman 2. Qualify for Hawaii at some point 3. Enjoy racing without getting overtrained.
